Customer expectations have been changing. So has been the competition. Thus importance of various Core Skills are changing. Core Skills are different for Specialist Skills like Engineering Skills, Surgery Skills or a Beauticians Skills.
As market demands and conditions change, we often find that there is a difference been what the customer expects and what we offer. Thus employees at different levels have to look at exiting resources use their creativity to mix match and find a better solution compared to competition. If a shortfall has already occurred in our response to market demand then we may define that as a “Problem”. So an employee needs Problem Solving Skills – mix match resources, consult seniors or even change strategy etc.

Beginner: Someone who can apply a skill but may need support.
Professional: A person who can independently apply a skill and also guide others.
Expert: Someone who has a great experience in applying a skill and can thoroughly coach others. Experts mostly follow trends in that field and share knowledge with colleagues.
